About Us

Steppers with Style is a dance organization purposed to taking Chicago
Style Steppin' to another level by maintaining its original flavor of the
dance.

Arnell Brady, Director, Lead Instructor
The professional dance instructor, Arnell Brady is from the windy city of
Chicago and has been teaching Beginning Steppin' for the past
3 1/2
years in California.  While living in California since 2002, Arnell decided
that it was time to bring some of Chicago to Sacramento and northern
California.  Three friends (Daysha, Adrian, and Arnell) decided to bring
Steppin' to Sacramento under the name Sac Steppers.  The inspiration for
Steppin' in Arnell's life started when the older guys would allow him to
come into places like The "Fifty" and "The Other Place" while still 18yrs
old.  He would sit on the rail all night long and watch guys like Casper and
Pete do their thing.  Arnell learned the basics while dancing under the
instruction of Dave Maxx of MAK 3 Dance Club (Chicago).  While Having a
local chapter of MAK 3 in Sacramento we began to spread the love of the
dance and never looked back.  In 2005 Arnell branched off and created
"Steppers With Style" dance organization.  Arnell and his group of
Steppers have performed in several special events that include:
2005 NBA All-star
Weekend in Denver, CO.;
Workshop in Ensenada, MX;
V101 Largest picnic in Sacramento, CA;
Tunel 21(vlade Divac's Club) in Sacramento, CA;
